Bella Verde Homes understands the need to safeguard sensitive information that you have provided and appreciates that you expect privacy and security for your personal and financial affairs. Bella Verde Homes attempts to minimize the information it collects to that which it reasonably believes is necessary in processing or administering a mortgage or home equity loan or providing products, services and other opportunities that may be of interest to you.
To make the home buying process simpler and more enjoyable, Bella Verde Homes solicits general information regarding your home buying needs and preferences. Many consumers have expressed interest in receiving appropriate offerings of home-related products and services that may be useful to them. Bella Verde Homes will, from time to time, disclose the general information you provide to select companies that can provide you with information about such products and services. Information you provide in connection with a Bella Verde Homes sweepstakes, contest or other special promotion will be treated similarly, unless otherwise noted in the rules and/or disclaimers for that promotion.

Information Collected by Bella Verde, LLC
Personal and financial data that you submit to Bella Verde, LLC (“BV”) as part of the mortgage application and/or servicing process is segregated and used solely for the purposes of providing mortgage or related financial products or services. Only those BV employees who need to know information about you to provide products or services to you will have access to that information. Personal and financial data will not be disclosed by BV, except as described in the following paragraphs.
When you submit a loan application to BV, you should know that as part of processing your application and/or servicing your loan, BV collects personal and financial information about you from the following sources: (1) information it receives from you on applications or other related forms, (2) information about your transactions with BV, BV’s affiliates or others, and (3) information BV receives from consumer reporting agencies. This additional information is needed as part of the mortgage process.
BV recognizes the sensitivity of the above information and, as such, will not share personal and financial information with its affiliates (an "affiliate" is a company that BV owns or controls, or that is commonly owned or controlled by BV’s parent holding company), except to the extent permitted by you or permitted under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (which permits BV to share your name, address and facts about your transactions and experiences -- such as your loan payment history -- within Bella Verde Homes’ affiliated family of companies). This means that BV will not share information about your income or assets with its affiliates unless BV asks for, and receives, your permission. BV’s affiliates include financial service providers, such as titleinsurance agencies, and non-financial companies, such as Bella Verde Homes’ homebuilders.
Except as stated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, BV will disclose personal and financial information with non-affiliated companies or third parties only if you agree that it can. BV may disclose personal information about you to other financial institutions with whom BV has joint marketing agreements, but BV will not disclose your income or assets to those financial institutions. Please note that BV will not share information regarding your income and assets with any non-affiliate, except as described in the next paragraph.
BV may also share personal and financial information about you (as described above) with either affiliates or non-affiliates as permitted by law. Such instances could include (but are not limited to) reports filed with certain government agencies or documents produced in response to a court order or subpoena.
BV maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to comply with federal standards to safeguard personal and financial information about you.
BV has established procedures designed to ensure that personal information about you is as accurate and complete as possible, in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. BV will take commercially reasonable steps to investigate your concerns and correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.
Former Customers
After you are no longer an active Bella Verde Homes or BV customer, Bella Verde Homes and/or BV will continue to treat information you have provided as if you were still a customer.
Effectiveness of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to individual consumers. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January, 2005.

THESE MARKS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION OF BELLA VERDE HOMES OR ITS AFFILIATES. You agree that if you violate this prohibition, you will be subject to all legal remedies available to Bella Verde Homes, and you will additionally be responsible for any other losses, attorneys' fees or costs Bella Verde Homes may incur as a result of your violation.
The website also contains trademarks and service marks that belong to third parties. These other trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
